My husband and I both agree that the best gourmet cuisine at sea can be found aboard SeaDream Yacht Club's two mega-yachts: SeaDream I and SeaDream II.
The line's executive chef Sudesh Kishore takes holiday menus seriously and recently shared highlights of what guests will be served today on Thanksgiving with SeaDream I in Nevis and SeaDream II in St. Barts.
SeaDream's Thanksgiving Menu
- Starter: homemade terrine de foie gras with pear compote, black truffle dressing, and toasted brioche
- Soup: creamy lobster bisque infused with cognac or a cream of pumpkin soup
- Entree: slow-roasted turkey with stuffing, gravy, cranberry-orange relish, asparagus, and mashed potatoes
- Alternative main dishes: Dover sole meuniere or grilled jumbo tiger prawns "Caribbean style"
- Desserts: apple pie, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, pear and chocolate strudel with vanilla rum sauce, and homemade ice cream and sorbet
