Our bags are packed and the dog/house sitters will arrive shortly. We head for Miami in a few short hours. We can't wait to get out of this cold weather!Since we're only spending a few hours in Miami tonight, we're staying close to the airport at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I'll let you know how this hotel ranks for a one-night pre-cruise stay.
We're eager to board Celebrity Eclipse tomorrow morning in Miami. Our last Celebrity cruise was aboard Equinox and we love that ship. Eclipse though has the benefit of a new restaurant called Qsine. It's been getting rave reviews and we've already made reservations to dine there twice during our seven-night cruise.
We're also looking forward to the itinerary itself since it calls on two places we've never been: Puerto Costa Maya, Mexico and Roatan, Honduras.
