Sad news out of Monaco... Mauro Terravazzi, one of the founders of luxury cruise line Silversea, passed away at the age of 74. He began his life's work in the industry with Sitmar Cruiss when he was just 17.He was most recently deputy chairman of Silversea's board of directors. He had returned to the cruise line after a hiatus that began in 1997. Previously, he worked for Vlasov Group, V.Ships, Sitmar, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
